- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Chantal Chic Bartending, every event is uniquely curated, so pricing is customized based on guest count, event duration, location, service style, and overall experience requested. Our packages currently start at $450 and include professional bartending service, premium bar tools, custom cocktail consultation, personalized shopping guidance, basic garnishes, and complimentary setup & breakdown. To ensure every event receives the attention it deserves, please keep the following in mind: ✨ Final pricing may vary based on guest count, event length, staffing needs, travel, specialty cocktail requests, portable bar rentals, holiday bookings, and premium add-on services. ✨ A signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. ✨ Travel fees may apply for events outside of the Greater Atlanta area. ✨ Holiday weekends, large-scale events, weddings, corporate activations, and multi-bartender events may require custom pricing. ✨ Client is responsible for providing alcohol, ice, and disposable serviceware unless concierge sourcing or add-on services are requested. We guide you through guest count, service style, cocktail selections, timing, flow, and everything needed to bring your event to life—including a customized shopping guide, signature menu creation, and a bar experience designed specifically for your crowd. By the time event day arrives, there’s nothing left for you to manage. No guessing. No scrambling. No last-minute runs for lemons. No wondering if your guests are being taken care of. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Chantal Chic Bartending, exceptional service is never left to chance—it’s intentionally developed, trained, and refined. Our team brings experience from some of the nation’s top-rated nightclubs, restaurants, lounges, and hospitality environments, giving us the ability to confidently deliver everything from intimate private gatherings to high-volume luxury events. In addition to real-world hospitality experience, our bartenders and service staff hold industry-recognized certifications including TAM, BarSmarts, STAR, and ServSafe, with ongoing training in responsible alcohol service, guest safety, and elevated hospitality standards. Every team member is also required to complete our exclusive Chic Shadow Program, where they train alongside our owner and founder at live events for a minimum number of events before representing our brand independently. This ensures every client receives not only technically skilled bartenders, but the polished presentation, engaging energy, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail that define the Chantal Chic standard.
