Tay was so amazing to work with for a birthday dinner I hosted at my home. She was prompt and had a calm demeanor and knowledge of a true professional that allowed me to relax and enjoy with my guests. She had great ideas to turn my dinner into the courses that made it even more special. She even stayed late and helped clean up so the next day was a breeze.
