Joe and his crew did an outstanding job repairing our bowed wall in one bath and repairing the residual contractor-applied adhesive areas for a wall mounted mirror so that a nice oval mirror could be hung without any patched areas being visible. From the prompt request for a bid, start to finish of the job, they were professional, courteous, and their work flawless. They protected our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and cleaned everything quite well before leaving. I have known Joe for a couple of years. He was referred to me by one of my co workers. Well, I moved to Dubai to teach for two years. I wanted my condo to be nice for my tenant, and I did not want to have any problems. He put in wooden floors, painted, and fixed EVERYTHING in my condo. When he was done, I was so sad that I had to rent out my place to someone else. Well, when he drained my water heater, he did tell me that I needed to replace it, but of course, I did not listen.
Two months later, when I was all the way on the other side of the world, I get an email from my tenant and she said the water heater had burts. "CRAP!!!", I thought. I gave her Joe's number and also Asked my mother to call so she could represent me. I told my mother that I TOTALLY TRUSTED Joe and his crew to do whatever needed to be done. He came the SAME DAY and fixed the water heater. Not only that, he cleaned all the piped throughout the condo and now the water pressure is BETTER than ever.
Now, with all this work, you think that I would not be able to cover it on a teacher's salary, however Joe's costs (including labor and materials) came out to be significantly less that the plumbers that gave my mother estimates over the internet.
I am telling you all now, save yourself the hassle and call Joe. He does great work within a short time span, so you don't have the hassle of dust and trash being everywhere.

I located Joe from my out of state home when I needed someone to prepare a foreclosure that I bought sight unseen. When I finally saw the home, I thought this purcchase was a mistake. Joe and his crew went to the home on short notice and stayed for 6 nights to prepare the home inside and out so that I could rent it. Trees and shrubs were cut, windows, and carpet replaced, much needed wood, gutters, and deck repairs, painting inside and out was completed, and all fixtures replaced. During the time they were there, rain came into the house, and they fixed it without even calling to tell me about it. When I finally rented the home, they came back to put in all of the new appliances, which again was done with no complaints from the renters. One year later they returned to replace the roof for me, sight unseen for one year.
This crew does excellent work! Another contractor wanted to charge me thousands more to fix this house, and when I saw the completion of the home when Joe and his crew finished, I could not believe that it was the same forclosure. The neighbors could not believe that the sore spot on the street that sat empty for 9 months is now the best looking house in the neighborhood.
I trust Joe and his crew to work on this home as long as I own it, and I will use him again for any homes that I purchase in the future.
If you want it done right the first time, call Joe. He knows his trade, and wants you to have the best results.

Joe Barfield and his crew were hired to perform some work on the home next door to mine. Our neighborhood is located downtown, and there isn't much parking or space between the houses. Without even asking, he and his crew repeatedly parked their large truck directly in my front yard---on top of my grass, even after being asked to move.
As a result, Barfield and his team totally ruined my grass----smashing it on a large part of my front yard. Joe Barfield assured me he would come back and replace the grass, but ignored all my emails and attempts to contact him thereafter. Totally careless, unprofessional, irresponsible, disrespectful and dishonest.
