FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the size of the job, sometimes we give just a flat rate to complete it, and on larger jobs we provide a full price breakdown. Just because an area has a small square footage, doesn't mean that it's easy. We have to compensate our crew on the amount of detail put into a job as well. We are always striving to keep our numbers on the lower end of our field. Being a family owned business, we have little to no overhead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main source of continuing education is utilizing the idea that iron sharpens iron. We are always on the lookout for other craftsman in our field that want to join our team and teach us something new about our trade. We have a very diverse group that has done hole improvement, not only in different parts of the United States, but all over the world, and this cultural enrichment is seen in their work and translates in their jobs and projects creating something very special.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone on our team has done at least a little bit of every type of flooring installation. Over the past 10 years in the industry, we find the most requested work is wood flooring installation, tiling in bathrooms and kitchens (floors, walls, and backsplash).
