After interviewing FIVE contractors, I chose Alex Granados to repair, demo and completely remodel both bathrooms in our rental home. BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR WE EVER HAD!!! His pricing was the best value, his work is absolutely flawless, he stayed on schedule, gave good guidance and advice on alternatives along the way and kept a spotless work site! His level of quality and workmanship is amazing--big compliment from my perfectionist self! We will also use him to remodel the kitchen next, as well as do other remodeling projects on our own home. I literally have NO complaints with Alex or his work. I'm so thankful to have found him! Now I don't ever have to shop around or do research. Honestly, words can't describe how satisfied we were with his work. I have referred him to everyone I know.

His first job for us was tiling our master bathroom. Then we completely remodeled the kitchen then we built a 1500 square foot addition onto our house. From carpentry and masonry to electrical, drywall and painting, Alex does it all. We cannot imagine having anyone else work on our house. This man is honest, an outstanding craftsman, incredibly hard-working and has an attention to detail second to none.

Where do I start, Alex did so much on my renovation project. I recently purchased a home and wanted coffered ceilings added to the kitchen, basement and living room...I sent pictures to Alex and asked if he could do it. He said, YES I CAN! And yes he did, he not only did extensive trim molding but took up all the carpet on the second floor added hardwood flooring and to top it all off he completed a bathroom tile renovation for me as well. He added a wood tile to my fireplace it is absolutely "breath taking" and backsplash to my kitchen. He can do it ALL!!! If you hire him you won't be disappointed!!! Excellent Work!!!

Alex and his team recently demoed and tiled an existing shower in my home. Alex was incredibly responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. His team worked quickly and took great care to ensure other areas of the house were protected while they moved in and out. The finished product is lovely and completely updated the look of my dated bathroom!
