- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the individual project, including labor, materials, project size, and complexity. We provide clear pricing and explain what is included before work begins. Our goal is to provide high-quality workmanship at a fair price without cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s ideas, budget, and goals. We then visit the property, take measurements, review the existing conditions, and discuss design and material options. Once the scope is finalized, we provide pricing and a project plan. During construction, we communicate with the customer throughout the job and make sure the work is completed properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from years of hands-on construction experience. I have extensive experience with tile installation, bathroom remodeling, framing, waterproofing, finish work, and managing larger residential construction projects. Working in the field has given me experience solving real construction problems and coordinating projects from start to finish.
