Stevan is an exceptional Yoga instructor. He was the 2012 U.S. Artist Yoga Champion, which speaks volumes on his dedication to his personal practice. His skill and technique in teaching Yoga, are world renown, but it is his understanding of how adults (and children) learn, that sets him apart from other yoga instructors. I have benefitted from Stevanâs instruction and keen intuition in many of his Yoga classes. In his teaching, he concentrates on breathing during Yogasana practice and incorporates all methods of Pranayama techniques. There are many adjectives that can be used to describe Stevan but âkindnessâ comes to the top. Stevan conveys a joy for life! Stevan has always taught me a most complete and comprehensive yoga class. As an instructor, Stevan genuinely connects with each student as he guides them through the asanas. But, there's so much more to his class. He teaches students about awareness, connection, and gratitude, with his truly unique style of teaching. Students learn about mudras, mantras, pranayama, meditation, and the spiritual aspect of a yoga practice. He always shares his expansive knowledge and experience with the class. So, if you want an instructor who teaches more than poses, look no further than Stevan.

As a yoga instructor, it is so beneficial to continue under other instructors that can deepen your yoga personal practice as well as push you to grow as a teacher. Stevan has done both for me. His wealth of knowledge seeps into every moment of the class. He challenges his students in a safe way by carefully observing each individual and where they are on any given day. His hands-on adjustments guide the student to a deeper expression of each pose and his yogic theory encourages students to take the teachings into their everyday lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $ 55.00 for an hour class, $ 75.00 for an hour and a half class, and I as well offer a discount price for a small semi-private groups of (3 people and more) for $ 100.00 per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first private session, I will go over your health history ( as related to physical injuries and potential health limitations). Following that, we will next assess your personal fitness goals, and finally, collaboratively along with you, we will devise our private sessions plan, custom made for you, to help you achieve those goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in 500 level yoga certification, and am presently working towards my title as a Master Yogi. I am certified in 7 different styles of yoga! I have also taught yoga and conditioning classes at the Universities.
