- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HLSM's goal is to collaborate closely with our clients, providing them with expert guidance and solutions that drive their business forward and help them achieve their objectives. We start with an initial consultation to understand the client's specific needs, challenges, and goals. After gathering information, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client's current business situation. Based on our assessment, we create a tailored proposal outlining our recommended services, strategies, and solutions. The proposal is customized to address the client's unique requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, which has provided me with a strong foundation in various aspects of business operations, strategy, and management. Additionally, I have accumulated over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field, during which I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients and industries. This extensive experience has allowed me to continually refine and expand my knowledge and skills in business consulting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers I have worked with are: lawyers, entertainers, accountants, clergymen, non-profit organizations, and small to medium business owners.
