- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a custom shop so each job is different. There are materials and hardware to be purchased. Finishes and sandpaper plus the labor and overhead costs to run a shop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read constantly about my industry and attend trade shows and conferences. I am a certified Mentor on a woodworking forum and help other craftsmen and hobbyist's with design and tool questions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a family that got the tools out and built things instead of calling someone. After 2 years of college I decided a career in an office was not for me.
