- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on standard steam cleaning. The final price depends on the size of the areas you want cleaned and the condition of the carpet or upholstery. I always give a clear price on site before starting the work so everything stays simple and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive on time do a full walk through listen to the customer and check every area that needs cleaning. Then I explain the condition of the carpet or upholstery the recommended service levels and the exact pricing before starting. After that I pre treat clean and extract with pro level equipment then show the customer the results before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained directly under experienced technicians and completed hands on instruction in steam carpet cleaning sofa restoration fabric protection and stain and odor removal. I also stay updated on new equipment and eco friendly products because better tools mean better results for the customer.
