- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest, upfront pricing which typically includes all services and materials required to complete the project. Since there are many variables in any flooring project, we customize each project to meet our customers individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the details of the project over the phone, then arrange for a free in-home design consultation where we bring our mobile flooring showroom stocked with over 3,000 samples. We will measure the rooms included in the project and provide pricing with a detailed proposal either on the spot or shortly after the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree and have gone through extensive, hands-on, training on all aspects of different types of flooring and the flooring installation process. In addition, I have members on my team who have years of experience selling flooring and managing installations.
