Chef Lou was great! He far exceeded all our expectations and we had a great time w/ him as an instructor in our home. I learned a lot and had a great time. The food was wonderful as well!!! I highly recommend Chef Lou!

Chef Lou was absolutely awesome! My husband and I took several cooking classes at our home with Lou and we now have skills we use on a regular basis. We learned about all different types of cuisine and had a blast while doing it, Lou was flexible and worked with our schedules to make each lesson interesting and useful. I highly recommend him for a cooking class, fun date night, or a dinner party where you need delicious food:)

Absolutely loved having Chef Louis come teach for us!
Having Chef Louis teach a cooking class was an amazing experience! The class was part of a bachelorette party, and it was the perfect way to start the weekend. Chef Louis kept a wonderful balance between informative fun facts and tips about cooking as well as letting our conversation flow amongst ourselves as we got into the class. Working with Louis was amazing because he was so flexible and really left the design of the class up to what I was interested in. We chose an amazing Italian dinner menu with open-faced lobster ravioli and tenderloin medallion along with a dessert recipe that he created himself! The food was amazing, and even more exciting because he broke the recipes down into steps that I feel confident we could all go home and do.
Hearing some of his fun stories from his experiences over the years was a great addition to our evening, and his hard work could really be seen because the class (and delicious meal after it) went flawlessly and was such amazing fun.

I hired Chef Lou to prepare a birthday dinner with my 10 year old daughter who loves to cook. From our initial contact to discuss the date and menu, to the time Lou departed, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. He worked with me to accommodate all of my requests, while at the same time ensuring that he created the experience I envisioned. Also, the food prepared was amazing! My daughter shared that cooking with Lou was the "best birthday present ever!" Even my mother and mother in law, who are both great cooks, enjoyed the experience immensely. I hired Lou to host a teaching class for my sister who graduated in May. One a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being poor and 5 excellent, the ladies choose 5. Lou did an excellent job teaching us how to make French cuisine. The ladies were particularly impressed at his ability to facilitate the class in an easy going yet informative way. We have learned a number of tricks to the cooking trade and enjoyed all the meals we prepared together with Lou. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone interested in cooking classes, in fact he informed us that he has other cuisines he can teach other than French. Thanks Lou, you made the graduate a very happy lady.
