I had an assumption that my ducts were insufficient or there was some other issue. He reviewed the airflow and system to find that nothing was wrong at all. Very knowledgeable. Sure nice and honest. Can’t go wrong.

Matt exceeded my expectations!!! I have an older home and needed a new dryer. To my surprise the white vinyl vent hose was completely outdated, flammable & no longer code compliant for present day. But there wasn’t a wall plate connect to swap out with a modern day complaint semi rigid metal one. The original builder of home 30yrs ago for some odd reason chose to cut corners by simply running the vinyl hose thru the wall to connect directly to the dryer. This is where Matt was needed. From other customers reviews about his responsiveness, work ethic, attention to detail, politeness, professionalism & knowledge I decided to go with him. He is indeed very warranted such compliments. Thru his inspection of under the crawl space it was revealed that the duct work has actually separated and the lint (for how many years) had simply been blowing into the crawl space which what a serious & potentially fire hazard! He recommended that all duct work, hoses & vent needed to be replaced. I completely agreed & was so thankful. He began the replacement the very same day & promptly completing the next morning. He also was able to install a recessed box so that my dryer could now sit more flush against wall. He’s extremely neat & even vacuumed away all of the dryer lint that had accumulated under the crawl space leaving it better than how he found it. Lastly he gave my dryer a run to make sure that the outside vent/flapper was working properly with good airflow. I will definitely recommend him to others and hope that my review helps anyone reading to more easily choose him with confidence. You won’t regret it.
