Ben is amazing!! He's prompt, professional and great value. I was having some AC issues so I created a job and my information was sent to multiple contractors however Ben reached out shortly after. When I called him back he quickly arranged to come out and assess my issue. Within no time he got my AC working and provided some maintenance tips and recommendations. I saved his number right away! Ben is a good man who really cares about the quality of his work. I had him fix a leak in a coil and recharge a heat pump with Freon. Ben was very precise and the system works better than it had since it was first installed

Ben did a great job installing my thermostat. He was punctual and knowledgeable. He installed my thermostat perfectly and we went over how to program the thermostat. He did not leave until he was sure that my thermostat was working properly. I would definitely use him again.

I offer a 10% discount for veterans since I am a marine and was active duty for 4 years. I appreciate your service as well...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone first. Set up a time to come over and diagnose the issue. If I dont have the parts I will either buy them at the parts store or order them for a cheaper price then set up a time to come back and fix the issue...You will only get charged one consult fee...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have plumbing, hvac, heavy equipment, and apartment maintenance experience and or training...
