Ben is a good man who really cares about the quality of his work. I had him fix a leak in a coil and recharge a heat pump with Freon. Ben was very precise and the system works better than it had since it was first installed

Ben responded to my original message in less than 10 min. Came the next day 10 min early for our scheduled time, and had my house blowing ice cubes again in 40 min tops! All for under $100. They say service like this is too good to be true, and in this case, they’re wrong! Great job, sir!

Quality work relocating my condenser to make my patio more orderly! Very nice brazing joints. The best value I could find for this type of work too. Will be calling him in the future for various hvac needs.
Ben was great to work with. We had an issue where the thermostat was not receiving power and he was quick to diagnose it and get it resolved. He will definitely be out guy should we need any HVAC services in the future.

I offer a 10% discount for veterans since I am a marine and was active duty for 4 years. I appreciate your service as well...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone first. Set up a time to come over and diagnose the issue. If I dont have the parts I will either buy them at the parts store or order them for a cheaper price then set up a time to come back and fix the issue...You will only get charged one consult fee...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have plumbing, hvac, heavy equipment, and apartment maintenance experience and or training...
