David recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our home. I was extremely impressed by the quality of his service. He arrived on time and finished installing the unit in a short amount of time. Though he worked swiftly, David still paid attention to the small details to ensure that everything was working properly. Being that my A/C went out in the middle of the summer, I am blessed that David was able to fix it in a timely manner. I am now enjoying my new unit and am no longer hot!

Awful excprince. My AC stop working Sunday and I was under stress to find technition. I sent massege for few of them and he was first responded and tell me he will be in my place by couple hours and of course I stopped looking for others. He gave me excuses for car accident and showed up next morning. He started to washing my unite in back Yard with out discuss with me and give me a price. And he was upset when I quastioned him. He gave me $1700 list if things has to be done .and he said he will get part and back Tuesday night. He should give him check for $145.check for maintenance my AC, but that wasn't reason I asked him to help. Monday night I was trying to confirm his appointment for Tuesday, but he never responded it show up or any cancellation note. I should stay in hit home again and start over again for find technition. I lost 8 hours my work day Monday because I should stay home and he fix AC. Also I have to pay $30 fee for bank for stop the check. Very unresponsibe and unprofessional.

Customer gave misleading information in regards to payment upon arrival. She then waited until after I had been there over a hour performing a diagnostic and full system leak search to inform me that she was going to attempt to process the payment through a home warranty claim. I spend another 45 min on the phone giving information about her equipment to the home warranty to submit a claim. Then she wanted me go ahead and purchase parts and do the work without a authorized claim and suggested I start the next day starting after 7:30pm because she would out for most of the day. I would never agree to start a job that would take 3-4 hours to complete (replacing the circuit board, evaporator coil and charging equipment with R -22 refrigerant) that late at night. It would be irresponsible and can dangerous to be working inside and out of a customer’s house that time of night. Customer was very irate and misguiding.
