- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first step is to schedule a walk-thru which allows for both parties to begin the lines of communication. During this meeting we are able to tour the facility to come up with a accurate quote for the services. Once we have come to terms with the new client we go over the service agreement once more to insure we are on the same page. As time goes on we continue to have open communication to continue to provide a great service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We'll Do It Cleaning, LLC provides a full arrange of janitorial services. Our most common clients consist of commercial facilities in a variety of industries through out the Atlanta metro area. In addition we service one-time light cleans for residential and real estate clients for move ins /outs. One of newest ventures we have implemented this year is event cleaning where we provide clean-ups for corporate events, weddings, promotional events and etc...We hope we can become your go to cleaning provider!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?The most recent client we have had the opportunity to become a asset to is a trucking company here in Atlanta. They had dismissed their former cleaning company after not showing up and low performance. We came in and did a initial clean the first week we were handed the keys. Ever since we have been maintaining the up keep of the office and they were so estatic. Its nothing like getting a phone call from a excited client thanking you for changing their environment for the better.
