Unlike other cleaning services, we do not rush through your home,we communicate effectively, and we clean your home with love. Also, we use EPA_Registered disinfect products to disinfect Covid-19,harmful pathogens,or other viruses. For commercial customers, we use disinfectant foggers to disinfect surfaces like booths, chairs, gym equipment, etc. ULV disinfecting fogging service is available for our business or residential customers. Ultra low volume (ULV) fogging machines are cold fogging machines that use large volumes of air at low pressures to transform liquid into droplets that are dispersed into the atmosphere. This type of fogging machine can produce extremely small droplets with diameters ranging from 1–150 μm Disinfection of hard services in conjunction with disinfectant fogging will eliminate harmful pathogens in hard to reach areas.

Working with Alaina and Spotless Expectations was an amazing experience.
I just bought my 1st home and was looking for a company to clean the place before I moved in. I received several bids, but the thing that made Spotless Expectations stand out was that Alaina reached out and called me. She asked me what I was looking for in a company and what I valued most. Our initial conversation was so personable and familiar. Her price was also reasonable and she explained in great detail what was included.
The day of the service her team did an amazing job! Alaina was also knowledgeable and gave me tips on how I could maintain the cleanliness of my place after the service. Most of the things she mentioned I purchase immediately. They did such a great job, that I hired them to do a second clean after I fully moved in.
Spotless Expectations, lived up to my expectations (ha) and I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was desperate to find a service that would meet my needs. Spotless Expectations did not disappoint. The service I received from Spotless Expectation is by far the best I have ever received. I purchased a deep cleaning move-in service. The previous renter did very little housekeeping. Because this place had been extremely neglected, I didn't have much hope for anything short of gutting the place out as possible. To my surprise, Aleina went beyond my expectations. I still find it hard to believe that the place looked and smelt like a new apartment in a short window of time. I was amazed and will absolutely use this service again.

We charge by the square footage and the amount of time it will take to complete the job. Some jobs require a little more extra time. However based on the information you provide we will provide a set price of the work that will be performed.

Typically we call or meet with the customer, and we take time to listen to the customer's needs and reiterates what the customer wants. We ask them a series of questions like if they would like the extra services we provide, cleaning solution preferences, and if they have any allergies.
