I work from home and use my laptop on a consistent basis. I was having all types of issues regarding internet speed, accessing files, and connecting to my VPN. My IT department is in another location and was having issues getting me up and running. I was referred to them by a friend and they fixed all of my current issues. The person who was dispatched was professional and efficient. He resolved my issues in a timely manner at such a critical time. Thank you and I will definitely use them again if I have another issue. The service I requested was data recovery from a failing HHD. I had a few papers I started and needed all my school data recovered. Not only did Tek Masters recover all my data but they recommended a SSD and installed all my data seamlessly back like I had never lost a file. I completed my papers before the due date and my computer is at lease twice as fast! Thanks again guys!!
