What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated pricing system. I simply take each project on a case-by-case basis and based my pricing on a competitive rate, designed to win the business. I make the majority of my money on repeat and referral business.

Yes. Personal reading, study and testing. As well as, industry related on-line training.
