I reached out during a weekday after I realized my flash drive was broke. Fuller responded immediately. He was prompt, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the drive.

Within hours, from him picking it up, to being able to retrieve the information from it, to transferring it back to me, I had my drive when I needed it, which was vital because I was working on a project.

Very happy with Joey's service. Took a little bit of time for a full inspection of the problem "unable to print 50" which is common in a lot of household/small office Brother printers. But he saved it and now it's as good as new. I love this printer, probably the best one I ever had and was well worth it to have it serviced by Fuller IT consulting. I found Joey to be an honest and trustworthy person with my printer.
