We wanted to add onto our existing backyard patio and wanted it to look nice and professional to help our resale value and not hurt it. I definitely feel like Charles and Stephen and their crew achieved that for us. They came with a crew of highly trained and experienced professionals who made sure our job was done right. I learned through the process that concrete companies deliver small pour loads whenever they can during the day so some of the crew waited for hours after they completed the remaining prep. They were jovial as they waited and never made me feel bad for the small pour. We enjoyed conversation while waiting.
We had done a lot of the prep ourselves to save money. Stephen and Greg were kind and considerate in taking care of the places we made mistakes.
We are 100% satisfied and would call them again if we ever need concrete in the future.
