We called Brendan in a pinch when our mower went down and we needed our lawn maintained. Not only did he show up and get the job done, but what stood out was how genuinely knowledgeable and personable he was throughout the entire visit. We were also dealing with a significant amount of brush and weeds that felt completely overwhelming. Brendan assessed the situation, broke it down for us, and made the whole thing feel manageable for the first time.
He took the time to walk us through everything he was doing and flagged some tree concerns on our property that we're already beginning to address, advice we wouldn't have gotten from just anyone cutting grass.
His pricing is as competitive as it gets, and the work matched his proposal to the letter. Top Notch customer service! Brayden came out to provide an estimate and was also able to start the job the same day. He return the next day to finish up but Mother Nature prevailed. I especially appreciate him being a man of his word and even cutting the grass in the rain. Hopefully I can add pics once job is complete.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we provide a free onsite estimate before any work is to begin. The price we quote is the price you pay unless there are changes, which we discuss and agree beforehand. We usually ask for a deposit to order materials and scheduling, with the balance due when the job is complete and you are happy with the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will call or message you to get an idea of your needs, then schedule a free consultation to meet with you and learn more about your problem statement. We will take measurements and generally provide a quote within 8-10 hours. If we agree on design, direction and price, we will schedule the work. We are great communicators and provide updates and delivery confirmations once products begin to transport. You will receive automatic updates from our platform inviting you to our knowledge and progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained through our experience, and through our vendor partners. They offer great training on the material we use. We attend at least 4 trainings per year as a team, generally in the fall and winter months.
