Chef Jan was excellent. I booked her for our 2nd wedding anniversary and she was everything I imagined. It was my first time hiring a personal chef and she exceeded my expectations. She was on time, wore her mask the whole time, disinfected surfaces, and her food presentation and quality was superb. Due to COVID, we didn't want to go out since we have a newborn at home. This was a perfect way to surprise my wife by celebrating in the comforts of our own home. I would not have changed a thing. The menu items were "lollipop chicken" (chicken drumettes) on bok choy with sweet chilli sauce, surf and turf, with a crepe desert to end. She picked up flowers for us and set the whole mood. If you're ever in the mood to celebrate and hire your own personal chef, don't think, JUST DO IT! You will not regret a thing.

Fantastic experience! Chef Jan Hill was extremely professional, great communicator, quality of food and presentation was beyond our expectations, all-in-all Chef Hill gave us a wonderful and memorable experience for my son's 35th birthday! Chef Hill is a very proficient and talented chef and a lovely person as well! It was an amazing experience and made my boyfriend’s birthday much more special. She listened to what type of food I wanted and made recommendations according to that. She responded quickly to my emails. The food was delicious. For appetizers, we had scallops and pork belly and entree was filet mignon with lobster and sea bass. Finished it off with tees leches.     I have ten years of experience as a chef working in many restaurants, hotels, and resorts. I have also taught cooking classes for kids ranging in age from four to 16 years old. I have also taught cooking classes to adults of all skill levels.
