- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates: Flat Rate: $65 for CPR, AED, and First Aid Group session 5 or more I charge $60 per person for CPR, First Aid and AED. I supply all of the equipment and supplies you will need. The only thing I ask of you is to bring yourself and prepare to learn! *** For those of you who need to be certified each session varies from 3-4 hours. Most of the time, it depends on how fast a person catches on. However, there is no rush, even if the session last longer than 3-4 hours, I am very patient. I like to feel secured and confident knowing my customers are walking away from each session knowing how to save a life. For my customers who need to be re-certified. Normally, the session varies 2-3 hours. ** Note- hours varies on what kind of certification is needed*** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: **If you decided to proceed and hire me for your session. I asked that you give me 72 hours in advance notification of how you would want your name to appear and to be printed on your card and location.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe first impression is the best! I respect all of my customers and provide the best service. When working with a new, returning, and potential customers communication is the key. Communication is what build a customer's trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Basics Life Support Instructor and I hold my certification with American Heart Associate. I welcome new and returning customer who need to be certified and re-certified in Heartsaver and Basic Life Support.
