Cecil was amazing! He was very professional, friendly, and definitely catered to my group’s needs. His driving skills were excellent and he maneuvered through Atlanta traffic with ease! We truly enjoyed our experience and would recommend him!

Merci Rain transported my friends and I from Atlanta, GA to Tybee Island, GA for a girls trip and the service was beyond phenomenal. The cost was budget friendly and the driver (Cecil) made us feel as if we were family. He went beyond just driving by assisting us with our luggage and making sure that we were transported safely. We will be planning more trips in the near future and we will most defintely utilize the professional services of Merci Rain!

I have never made a negative review, however in this circumstance I felt that I must speak up. I booked Merci Rain Transportation to provide a limousine ride to our high school prom for my special needs students. I paid for the $100 deposit out of my teacher's salary. Never did I expect that our prom would be canceled due to the Coronovirus, Therefore I had to cancel the service and I asked for a refund of my deposit. I was told that I could only apply the deposit toward another service, I do not have the need for a limousine service for myself and there is no prom. I'm disappointed that this business does not value the "good will" of the business over the dollar. They definitely did not give me "merci".

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend it. Extremely punctual, professional and courteous and we will use him again. The Sprinter we had was brand new and spotless. Highly recommend using Merci!
