- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized for a specific event. Since all events are different I strongly believe in tailoring the price based upon what the client is looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I desire a personal approach when working with my clients. I initially start off with a phone call or email communications to introduce myself and have a dialogue about what client needs are. Afterwards, once I have a full grasp of what the client wants, I schedule a face to face meeting to formalize what has been agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been surrounded by music since I can remember. My father is a classically trained trombonist, my mother played piano and my brother played the drums and percussion in high school, college and in church. I like to think that I have a strong and mature ear for music and a firm understanding of beat matching, mixing, professionalism and showmanship.
