We specialize in private and corporate small events and we strive to add a personal and professional approach to ensure our customer’s happiness.
I've been providing musical services for small parties and corporate events since 2001. I've been surrounded by music all my life. My father is a classically trained trombonist, my mother is a pianist and my brother played drums in his marching band in high school. I enjoy providing the music to help people celebrate, release and have a good time.
My musical genre is expansive but I primarily specialize in Old School R&B/Hip Hop and Deep Soulful House. Most of my events range in the size of 50 to 100 people so it's an intimate crowd. Some of my events have included: Family Reunions, Adult and Teenage Birthday parties, College Homecomings, Corporate Events and Graduations.

The DJ absolutely made the party! From the moment the music started, the energy stayed high all night long. Every song fit the vibe perfectly. Super professional, on time, and great with the crowd. Everyone at the birthday party kept talking about how much fun they had because of the music. Definitely would book again for future events!

Kwambe was an excellent DJ for our family reunion. He had an incredible ability to read the room and adjust the music to match the setting and mood. While the elders were speaking, he played soft jazz that created the perfect atmosphere. Then, when it was time to celebrate and dance, he seamlessly shifted the energy with upbeat music that had everyone on the dance floor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized for a specific event. Since all events are different I strongly believe in tailoring the price based upon what the client is looking for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I desire a personal approach when working with my clients. I initially start off with a phone call or email communications to introduce myself and have a dialogue about what client needs are. Afterwards, once I have a full grasp of what the client wants, I schedule a face to face meeting to formalize what has been agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been surrounded by music since I can remember. My father is a classically trained trombonist, my mother played piano and my brother played the drums and percussion in high school, college and in church. I like to think that I have a strong and mature ear for music and a firm understanding of beat matching, mixing, professionalism and showmanship.
