- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $15.00 per visit for 1 pet and $2.00 more for each additional. I may be able to do special pricing for regular customers needing daily service on an ongoing basis and can schedule in advance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a conversation over the phone to determine if it would be a good fit or not based on your needs. Meet with customer and their babies. Go over questions regarding specific wants and needs. Some things may be basic however, there are usually special things that your pet likes that would make them especially happy and I want to provide that to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had several customers who had dogs and or cats and enjoyed spending time with them all.
