George did a great job fixing the soffit on my home. He performed quality work that looks good and matches the exterior of the home. He completed the work in a timely manner, and his prices are reasonable. He has good communication and puts his quotes in writing. George is a blessing. He is the only reason I have tenants in my rental property right now. I originally requested a quote on Thumbtack to fix some drywall in certain areas of my home. I had a lot to do to my rental property to get it in good shape and my plan was to just submit a quote for each project until it was all done. Figured it may take a few months. Well that didn't end up being necessary at all. George ended up doing just about everything I needed in a couple of months. From siding repair to painting, BATHROOM RENOVATION, installing doors, putting up wall paneling to hide hideous wallpaper, installing thresholds, etc. Before and after pics attached. He was a one- stop- shop with very reasonable pricing, and that made life so much easier. He is extremely skilled and very professional, but his most notable qualities are his focus and the quality of his work. I trusted him and had no concerns leaving him in my property to finish the work. He just puts on his headphones and gets to it. I already have plans for more projects in the rental and my new place, including a patio install. So grateful to find him. Thank you George!

Recently I had the best experience working with George Davis of Caseros Homes LLC to repair a chimney rain pan and structure on the roof of my house. When I met Mr. Davis, he helped me find the best option for the project and worked with me on the price. His price was fair and reasonable, and he did not oversell.
