All prices and quotes are for labor only. This allows for a higher level of trust and easability for both the contractor and the homeowner. All materials must be paid for and on site before breaking ground on jobs over $1,000. All unused and/or returnable items will be returned and credited to the home owner.

I hired Atlanta Construction Company on the recommendation of one of my neighbors who had them rebuild a deck for their high-rise condominium. Six months earlier I had hired a contractor to do renovations on my home, a project that was originally supposed to be done in 8 days. The previous contractor dropped off the face of the earth leaving projects unfinished or of poor quality. Skye Kincaid, the owner, and his chief contractor, Nestor, evaluated my projects and gave a fair quote breaking down both cost and labor. The work included painting and priming a bathroom, repairing drywall, custom fitting thresholds, installing, repairing and painting molding, sanding and repainting a shoddy paint job elsewhere in my home. They also solved a big headache installing automatic drawer slides and drawer fronts on my kitchen cabinet drawers. (The previous contractor didn't measure properly and the drawers were too close to open without removing the drawer fronts.) I am beyond happy with the end result. Nestor is a skilled craftsman, meticulous and precise. I'm especially satisfied with the custom fit of the molding. Best of all, the bulk of the projects were completed on one day. The drawer project was scheduled for second day pending shipment of the custom drawer fronts and slides. I finally can enjoy and have pride in my home. I only wish I had discovered Atlanta Construction before I embarked on my previous renovations. I will definitely call them fwhen I plan additional renovations.

I had a difficult deck reconstruction project that had been attempted and failed by me and previous contractors I had hired. Atlanta Construction came out and blew my mind! They completed the job in a couple of days for a price that couldn't be beat. No doubt I will be calling them again for future projects.
