We scheduled an appointment with Alex. Cleared our schedule to make sure we were available and he was a “no call no show.” We called him several times, sent a text message, and sent a message on Thumbtack. He replied to our text 34 minutes AFTER he was supposed to be on site. His response, “Hello yeah sorry I got back tracked but I can go later I have to do something for now and then I’m free.” Absolutely no concern for the inconvenience he caused us.

Thanks for the feedback. But unfortunately couldn’t make it on time due to a work emergency involving my guys being hospitalized at a job site, got caught up and couldn’t reply throughly.
