- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for some packages if the client requests one, however, every event is different. We always aim to make each quote specific to the clients' needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we usually have an initial consultation. It is at this meeting that we get a sense of your event vision and the elements you would like included. We then discuss budgets and vendors needed. Once we have an overall sense, we can provide an more accurate quote. Once the quote is accepted, we send an invoice for the deposit. Once the deposit is received, we meet to share the design options and the elements included in each package. Once a package is selected, 50% of the payment is acquired and we begin working full speed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients with a wide range of budgets. Although we provide an initial quote, all quotes can customized and can be negotiated. We can add more ornate design elements or event more economical elements. Our goal is to not only fit your budget, but to make sure your vision comes to life.
