I had a great experience working with Missy! She was willing to cater her services to what I wanted to achieve. She didn't just *tell* me what to wear, she *taught* me how to identify clothing that suits me, while also taking into account my personal preferences. She definitely "got me", so it was very easy communicating with her about my style. I really appreciated the meeting summaries she would send after every session too. It made it clear she was really listening. Also she was hella fun to talk to in general. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most of my prices are preset in packages that are suitable for anyone. Customizable plans are available based on a client’s specific budget and need. Monthly retainer fees are available for returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting to know a new client is my ultimate goal. Immediately following a booking, clients will receive a brief questionnaire to help me understand your style goals. Afterwards we’ll complete a virtual consultation. From there, you’re set to have a Style Bestie in your corner for as much time that you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Masters in Human Resource Management and over 10 years in retail. I’ve managed my own personal business since 2015 and attended training and seminars on fashion styling. My goal is to share all that I’ve learned with my clients so that you’re as educated about your personal style and maintaining the looks that you desire.
