Introduction: I look at health from an environmental perspective. I teach the importance of good nutrition combined with adequate movement. I also emphasize the importance of sleep in it's relationship to your stress levels and your bodies recovery capabilities. The idea that I am aiding someone in a meaningful way and that their experience may be further extended as they, in turn, help someone else.

Cynthia Phillips specializes in core strength and stability training, weight loss, corrective exercise, and weight training. As a patient trainer, she can see what area you are struggling in and help guide you in conquering it. I started off not working out outside of our training sessions and she instructed me to just walk during lunch. Although this was a simple solution, it helped in shaping my mind to walk more so that I could have energy for my training sessions. Cynthia engages your body and mind with her exercises.
