- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The obvious first step is to identify their goals. Through our discourse we then narrow these goals to specifics and determine their feasibility. This determination is based upon exercise and medical history, assessment of current condition and time constraints. Once we cover what's achievable, I then provide an overview of the proposed process to set expectations.

American Council on Exercise (3 months of self-study & passed Personal Trainer Exam), Keiser Power Pacing, Body Pump (modules 1 & 2), Madd Dogg Athletics Spin training, Introductory Hatha Yoga certified.
