Jeremiah set up our new Peloton Tread+ with incredible attention to detail and care. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the machine itself, but also took the time to explain how it works, including the different features, safety tips, and maintenance advice. His friendly and personable approach made the entire experience enjoyable, and he patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. By the time he left, we felt confident and excited to start using our new Tread+ thanks to his expertise and guidance.

Jeremiah was awesome at helping us set up our peloton after a move. Especially when it came to a few missing screws, he was able to identify and recommend their replacements, even suggesting specifically where to go. And then when a power cord was not working, he helped us get the replacement same day. He was great to work with and highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Peloton treadmill and had issues with setup / placement. Jeremiah came and took it apart piece by piece and set it up in a different space. Once in place, he took it through all the calibration steps and made sure it worked before he left. It’s been absolutely perfect and I’m finally able to use it :) He was incredibly responsive, willing to support, easy to schedule, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend him.

Miracle worker. I just moved to Atlanta, and my peloton tread switch wasn't working. Its a common thing that supposedly happens in moves. He arrived same day service, and was able to fix the tread (with a part I bought on reddit). Saved me buying a whole new base tread like others have had to do.
