I hired JW to dissemble, move my Peloton treadmill to another room and reassemble. He was very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable! He knows the Peloton brand and did a great job! As a matter of fact, my treadmill is much quieter. I was initially nervous due to money invested on my equipment but his expertise and attention to detail put mind at ease. Hands down he’s the best and I highly recommend him!

Jeremiah set up our new Peloton Tread+ with incredible attention to detail and care. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the machine itself, but also took the time to explain how it works, including the different features, safety tips, and maintenance advice. His friendly and personable approach made the entire experience enjoyable, and he patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. By the time he left, we felt confident and excited to start using our new Tread+ thanks to his expertise and guidance.

Miracle worker. I just moved to Atlanta, and my peloton tread switch wasn't working. Its a common thing that supposedly happens in moves. He arrived same day service, and was able to fix the tread (with a part I bought on reddit). Saved me buying a whole new base tread like others have had to do.
