Introduction: I’m Byron McClintick, owner and operator of Carpet Fixer, Inc. In 1991, I quit installing carpet and started Carpet Fixer, Inc. to take care of the growing need for carpet repair. Myself and the technicians who work for Carpet Fixer, Inc. all have a background in carpet installation, for we know what we are doing and why we are doing it that way. A carpet repair person without a carpet installation background is just guessing and hoping they get it right.
