We were pretty much devastated when this imported Italian lacquered furniture was damaged during the December move out and March move in. The movers were highly rated and we assumed we could trust them to take care of our furniture. When it was returned with broken wood….painful was an understatement. Worked with Karry at Kpacka Pros. We needed to refinish the family cherished Dining Room table. They did a marvelous job (and I am soooo picky). The refinish was done with care and precision. Although responsiveness was slow, Kylon's work made up for it. His work was efficient and amazing. My dresser looks great. He fixed the bottom of my dresser and 2 legs. Definitely, I will call him again to fix another piece of furniture.
