- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is variable, but I will do my best to come to give an estimate of asked. My estimates include full scope of work, all materials needed, travel time to the location, and an appropriate charge to take any necessary items to their respective rooms to be assembled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I identify what my customer is looking for first and foremost. Then we go over any variables that may or may not hamper the scope of work. If things are panning out well send the estimate I give is a good fit, I'll schedule a date and time to come out to provide service. I also check in the day before and the day of the project to touch base and make sure we are still aligned.
