the whole process of removing an existing door and replacing with a new door and trim took 9 hours (in 2 days)... however the final result is amateur, there is a gap under the sill that needs to be filled, it's not weatherproof, the nails in frame werent caulked, I asked to keep my doorstopper and didnt get it.. just an overall exhausting process
