Booking Policy:
• For custom doors or opener orders, full material cost is required upfront.
• Free rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a $75 fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, I schedule a site visit to assess the job and provide a detailed estimate. Once the customer approves the estimate, I order the garage doors and any specialized equipment/ needed, which requires a full deposit. I strive to complete the work the same day whenever possible, or schedule it at a time that best fits the customers availability.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the garage door industry five years ago, learning hands on from a family member who had years of experience. He showed me the ropes, and ever since I developed a passion for the work. Garage Academy is here to provide reliable, professional service throughout the Atlanta area.
