FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and time required for each project. There is no one size fits all pricing. I focus on transparent, upfront estimates so customers understand exactly what they’re paying for before work begins. For smaller jobs, pricing may be flat-rate; for larger or more complex projects, pricing is typically based on a clearly defined scope of work. I don’t compete on being the cheapest. I compete on clear communication, proper planning, and doing the work the right way. Changes or unforeseen conditions are discussed before proceeding so there are no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation to understand the homeowner’s goals, concerns, budget range, and timeline. If the project is a good fit, I schedule a site visit to assess existing conditions, identify potential issues, and discuss options. From there, I provide a clear scope of work and realistic expectations around cost, schedule, and sequencing. Once we agree on the plan, I coordinate permits (if required), materials, and scheduling, and maintain open communication throughout the project so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Residential Contractor in Georgia. I have over a decade of experience in real estate, have completed multiple renovations, and have built a home from the ground up while directly hiring and managing subcontractors. Professionally, I’ve worked as a Project Superintendent, overseeing multiple residential construction projects simultaneously. My background also includes experience in environmental, program, and construction management, which helps me approach projects with a strong focus on planning, compliance, and quality control.
