Washer/Dryer room and hall way project. RPC was our savior!! Our original contractor did not finish our project and RPC came in, assessed the remaing project and gave us a fair quote. They completed the project ( sheet rock, painting, trim and flooring) and offered recommendations for our stairs (which we took) and fabricated two crawl space doors. Alex was so patient with me and listened. His team was wonderful to work with and they were always pleasant. We appreciated the quality of their work and their willingness to listen to us. We have the rest of the basement to do and we will definitely call Alex..why? Because he is honest, his team does quality work and he listens, and his pricing is good, these are qualities I admire and look for in a contractor.

DO NOT, DO NOT hire this pro was extremely unprofessional and too emotional. Although his profile claims “NO MONEY UP FRONT ON ANY PROJECT,” that promise was not kept. He demanded full payment before completing the job. It's been 6 months since his been working on my basement after getting full payment for the job and work still not completed. He was frequently hours late, and left the job incomplete. He shows up for 30 minutes then leaves to go to Lowe's, which most of the time he don't come back. When questioned, he became irate, disrespectful, and overly emotional, making the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. I haven't been able to park in my garage for months, he has trash from his work and bags of concrete and wood. His behavior and approach are misleading and unacceptable. He shows up with no ladder knowing he has to do work on my ceiling. I would give him minus stars if I could! Don't waste your time and money hiring this pro!
