Loriann I have no problem with you disagreeing or disliking the price I gave you but misrepresenting what happened and flat out lying is unacceptable. I responded to you 3 hours (not 3 days) after you contacted me about assembling your shed on the 24th of December. You didn’t respond for two days until the 26th. After I responded to that message you didn’t respond until the 30th. I told you I was coming to give you an estimate and I even waived the fee because I was in your area already. You were not home when I arrived, I saw that you had an uneven yard and I told you I needed to level the yard before I did anything. I waited 10 minutes after I finished the estimate and you had not gotten back yet so I left. I apologized to you for the miscommunication of you assuming I was building the shed that day, which to be Frank I’m not sure how you assumed that without me even giving you a price. Your land is very uneven and needs to be graded for me to feel comfortable putting the shed where you wanted. I pride myself on professionalism and doing good work so I wasn’t going to put it up any kind of way. Our entire interaction was through the app and is documented so I am not sure why you would think that telling this inaccurate story would be okay. I will be posting the conversation below. What price were you looking for? The normal range to assemble a shed is 10-20 dollars per square foot and to grade land is typically more expensive. I'm sorry that there was some confusion there but I charge per square foot.
