The company faced many of the issues I raised. I had to reschedule due to a funeral. When they showed, he recommended items to lower the cost. We had a burned-out ignition and other issues. I didn't want to buy a new grill and dispose of the old one. After cleaning, the grill looks brand new and works. I will be using them again.
