They said they were familiar with my type of grill. They weren’t. They said they properly fixed one issue (the fan sometimes not turning on). But it is the same as before their arrival. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. For another component that I said I wasn’t working, they just told me it is broken and needs to be replaced. They didn’t offer to do the replacement or provide an estimate, I assume because they did not want to figure how to do the work. The “inspection and diagnosis” was a total waste of my time (grill operates the same as before, a component that wasn’t working they just told me needed to be replaced when they couldn’t figure it out, they didn’t offer to fix the broken component). When I voiced my displeasure, the owner of the business just got defensive and angry and blamed me for his team not being able to fix my grill. I ended just spending a couple hours on YouTube figuring a fix myself. To the business: Don’t say you are familiar with a grill and then ask the client to educate you on how it works and what needs to be fixed. I hired you because I thought you were a grill expert. The service I received was that of a general handyman.
