I hired Mykola to help prepare my townhouse for listing on the market. The original scope included wall touch-ups, paint chips, scratches, and other cosmetic repairs throughout the house.
Once he arrived, we discovered there were significantly more repairs than what was visible in the photos. In addition to the wall repairs, he also helped move a mattress, furniture, bedding, and several items from the backyard into the garage, as well as install a smoke/fire alarm.
He was professional, worked efficiently, purchased the necessary materials, provided receipts, and completed everything the same day. The final cost was higher than the original estimate because of the additional work requested onsite, but he clearly explained the changes before proceeding.
The quality of the work was very good, communication was easy, and he helped me get the house ready on a tight timeline. I would recommend him to anyone needing handyman services or pre-listing home repairs.

Mykola responded quickly to my request for patching a hole at a business. Not only did he patch the hole, but he also patch smaller chips and holes that needed attention once he arrived. He was also to do an additional task of throwing out a bulky item for us. Overall great customer service and prompt responses, I would recommend his work.
