We provide clear, upfront project-based pricing whenever possible. Many estimates can be provided from photos before scheduling. A service call fee may apply for troubleshooting or on-site estimates and is credited toward the project when work is approved. Materials are typically billed separately unless otherwise stated in the estimate.

Our process begins with reviewing photos and discussing the project details. We then provide a clear estimate, answer any questions, and schedule a convenient appointment. We arrive on time, complete the work professionally, and make sure everything is functioning properly before the job is complete.

GVK Handyman combines years of hands-on experience with ongoing learning of industry best practices, manufacturer installation requirements, and modern repair techniques. Our experience includes carpentry, drywall repair, painting, fixture installation, plumbing repairs, door hardware, lighting, ceiling fans, and general property maintenance.
