I'm disappointed to read this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred. Throughout the project, I was working within the agreed-upon timeframe and fully intended to complete the job within that time. The concern was not that I was trying to create additional work or earn overtime. Rather, you repeatedly expressed that you didn't believe I would finish on time and accused me of trying to extend the job, which was never my intention. I also want to correct the claim that I took your belongings. I did not take any of your property. Your son was present and personally handed me all of my tools and belongings before I left. The situation escalated when racist remarks were directed at me and my culture, and items, including a box, were thrown in my direction. At that point, I no longer felt safe remaining at the property, so I left after requesting payment for the work I had already completed. The payment was ultimately made. I take pride in treating every customer with professionalism and respect. While I'm sorry this project ended the way it did, I stand by the quality of my work and the way I handled the situation once it became unsafe.
