BrightFix Handyman Services was fantastic! Professional, on time, and their work was flawless—fixed my faucet, patched drywall, and installed a ceiling fan all in one visit. I was impressed with how efficient they were—no wasted time, no mess left behind. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and offered helpful maintenance tips so I could avoid future issues. Super efficient and left everything spotless. A quick reminder text before the appointment would be a nice touch, even though they did arrive right on time, but I’ll definitely hire them again!

I’m glad the handyman resolved the situation, I initially waited two hours for a handyman that was sent to arrive unfortunately that handyman was not able to do the job. I was very distraught by this as I had a very busy Saturday. The good news is they sent out another handyman that could do the job and they did the job really well and I was super proud and happy of the result.

I hired Platinum Repairs to fix my sink. It has been leaking for a while and was starting to cause water damage in my cabinets. I made an appointment with the company and Jamie assisted with the process with setting the date and time. He was very professional and took his time listening to my concerns. The day of the appointment the team was running a little late, but notified me and explained due to the traffic. They provided me their estimated time frame and were very courteous. They arrived and worked diligently. They even provided some tips on how to keep my sink in good condition. My sink hasn’t leaked since they repaired it. Im overall impressed with the quality of work and the team’s responsiveness. I recommend this company to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for a great repair company this is the one!

Platinum Repairs did an exceptional job on my screened-in porch! They were very efficient and took the time to get things done right the first time. They used quality materials that will last for years to come. They were very transparent and upfront with their prices, which were very reasonable; there were no surprise fees when the job was finished. Their overall demeanor was very professional and courteous throughout the entire project.
My only suggestion for improvement would be their response time in relation to my initial inquiry: I would hope to hear back from a company within the first 24 hours. It took Platinum Repairs 2-1/2 days to respond. However, this is not an unreasonable response time, and it is not surprising that it took them that long as the quality of their work is very high, and I would imagine that would put them in strong demand with a lot of customer inquiries.
I am very happy with the process and results of this project, and I highly recommend Platinum Repairs to anyone with a home improvement project.
