Mt husband and I needed the rotted wood around our front door area and windows replaced so I contacted Thumbtack. Charles quickly responded and came out the same day to give me an estimate. The estimate was timely and fairly priced. He was courteous and professional and once we hired him he quickly sent us a formal written contract detailing the work to be done and pricing. Within a couple of days he had Ron, one of his employees start on our project which he finished the same day. The quality of his work was excellent and he was really pleasant to work with. He cleaned up after he finished working. We are very pleased with both the company as well as Charles and Ron professionalism. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Excellent experience! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and was very professional throughout the entire job. We were having major issues with a difficult exterior door that would not close properly . He was able to diagnose and fix the problem efficiently. The door now closes smoothly and looks great. His work was neat, skilled and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to others looking for quality work.
