FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest, but i believe you get what you pay for especially in this industry. I provide high quality work backed with experience at a fair price. I try to be upfront and transparent with all my pricing, but with this type of industry... sometimes its inevitable that we run into unforeseen circumstances that requires an extra scope of work. At that point, I'll present some options and we can go from there. I do have a minimum of $125/ service call and majority of estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the customer and their needs first. From there, I provide options to best handle the situation. Then, I complete the work agreed upon. I try to be as up front as possible with no BS or up-selling stuff that's not needed. I like to walk away with feeling good at the end of the day and not feeling like i just took someone's hard earned money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical certificate in Technical Theater involving stage design and construction, sound design, lighting design, and rigging. This skill set, combined with all my hands on training since i was young, provides the customer with a uniquely qualified contractor. This allows me to analyze a lot of elements while listening to the customer's needs to provide a well-rounded end product.
